Refund policy

30-Day Returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused or unworn, with their tags and original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase.

Requesting a return

Email Support@walkerfits.com before shipping anything back. If approved, we will explain how and where to return it. Unrequested returns are not accepted.

Orders using a discount code

Our 10% discount code does not affect normal return eligibility. The same return conditions apply to discounted watch orders.

Refunds and exchanges

We will email our decision after inspecting your return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need additional processing time. Contact us if 15 business days have passed after approval without receipt.

To exchange an item, request a return and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU orders and consumer rights

For orders delivered to the EU, a 14-day cancellation period applies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
