Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

WalkerFit products purchased from walkerfits.com are covered for one year from the purchase date against manufacturing defects and damage not caused by the user. Approved claims qualify for a new replacement unit at no charge.

What is not covered?

The warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications and normal wear.

How to request support

Email Support@walkerfits.com with your order number, proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Include photos or a video when helpful. Please wait for our instructions before returning a product.

Returns and discounted orders

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving your order. Using our 10% discount code does not change your return eligibility. See our Refund Policy for return conditions.

This warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
